| Payment |
Our office is a fee for service office and payment arrangements must be made at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards and we can arrange payment or financing arrangements for extensive treatment plans. Our office will help you with any concerns or problems with your dental insurance. Please remember though, dental insurance is a contract between the insured party, the employer and the insurance company. As a result, though we may assist you with submitting to your insurance carrier, we do not guarantee coverage or resolution of any insurance problems or specific claims. |

| Insurance |
We will help process most dental insurance and will assist you with maximizing your dental insurance reimbursement. We are also network providers for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rochester, Health Economics, Guardian, Delta Dental and MetLife. |

| Payment Plans |
We offer to our patients a payment plan called CareCredit. This plan allows you to pay for dental work over an extended period of time, often at 0% interest. This plan allows many of our patients the option to complete large cosmetic or restorative cases while still staying within their budget. Call our office for an application form or for further details. |

| Infection Control |
Our office maintains the most rigorous and stringent precautions to ensure your family's safety. All instruments and hand pieces are heat-sterilized on-site using the latest innovations in sterilization technology. Many of our supplies are "One Use Only" to ensure safety and asepsis. We ALWAYS wear gloves and masks. Dr. Sanon has also served on the Board of Directors of a national dental organization that deals with infection Control in dentistry. Rest assured that your safety is our primary concern! |
